About Us

Started by an enterprising team of 6 individuals – Yo! China operates 30 outlets in trendy locations across the country. Dimsum is the restaurant's specialty with over 5 Million sold. On a per month average: over 500,000 guests visit our restaurants, we deliver food to 200,000 homes/offices & 65% of guests are repeat.



Our Concept

To provide top quality Chinese food at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is not self service but offers fast moving service. It is open from 12 noon to 11:30pm seven days a week. The display kitchen, bright red and yellow interior colours give the restaurant a very cheerful look. The menu is a mix of popular and off beat Chinese preparations. Yo! China offers very attractive packages for kids b'day parties, free home delivery and takeaway. We are located in high footfall locations. Out target market is the youth and families.




Quality Commitment

To maintain consistency in food and ensure top quality, production is centralized from a 8,000 sqft base kitchen in Gurgaon. All staff is trained on production hygiene. Chefs are also trained on all menu preparations where the quality of each dish is classified into its appearance, portion size, freshness and taste.



Management Experience

Ashish Kapur is a graduate in Telecom and Electronics Engineering from McGill University in Canada. He was part of GE's global Leadership Program & worked with GE in Financial & Quality Mgmt across North America & India. He is an active industry speaker at various forums like: India Retail Forum, FICCI, TiE etc.
Ajay Saini is a graduate of Hotel Management from Pusa Institute, New Delhi. After working with Taj Hotels, he setup and managed 5 restaurants & created two of the city's leading nightspots: Turquoise Cottage & Fireball. He has 15 years experience in the hospitality industry. 
Joydeep Singh
has 20 years marketing expertise in domestic & international airlines. He has also worked as a navigation expert in the Merchant Navy.
Sanjay Shroff is a Chartered Account with expertise in F&B Financial Management. He has more than 9 years of experience in the food retail business. He last headed the Finance, Legal & Procurement Functions for GFA India and was part of the start up and the core team that built the Pizza Corner brand to 60 stores nationally before moving on to Yo ! China.
Parag Dutta is a graduate from Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkatta. With 19 years of experience in hospitality varied between various hotel chains and Food Retail Chains, he has been the core team member with GFA India handling multiple brands as the Head of Operations and is presently in the same role in Moods Hospitality India


Growth plans:
Plan to scale upto 50 outlets by Mar '07; 100 outlets by Mar '08; 300 outlets by Mar '10. Mix of Franchisee and company owned units.
