An Electronics & Telecom Engineering graduate from McGill University, Canada. He is a recipient of the Scarlet Key Leadership Award and a graduate of GE Financial Management Program. He Worked with GE Capital across North America in Financial & Quality Management. And is a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt. He conceived the concept of Quality Chinese Food at Value Pricing and founded Yo! China. Under his leadership, Yo! China has grown to be the larget restaurant chain over a five year period.
Ajay Saini – Chief Operating Officer
A graduate of Hotel Management from Pusa Institute, New Delhi. He has worked with Taj Hotels & setup some of the city’s leading nightspots: Turquoise Cottage & Fireball.He has been instrumental in Yo!China’s growth across business verticals. His operations expertise has seen Yo! China grow from a single store to a nationwide chain.
Rajesh Jain – Chief Financial Officer
Has over 16 years of experience in the area of Financial planning, MIS, Budgetary Control, Taxation, Auditing and Materials Management. In his last assignment he worked as the CFO at Lacoste wherein his key achievements were reengineering the accounting, MIS, Budgetary Control, POS Accounting systems and creating financial processes. Prior to that he worked with Arcus Limited and had a short entrepreneurial stint with founding and managing his own CA firm. Sachin Sharma – Senior Manager Innovation Has a rich experience of over 11 years in the Food retail & hospitality industry across brands like, Pizza Hut, KFC, super star, kebab factory, Sampan etc.
Prior to Yo!China he was with Yum restaurants where he was working in the capacity of Manager Innovation responsible for Product innovation and supporting consumer Research, Training on new products test and execution. Sachin's last four years with Yum has helped created Pizza Hut into power brand in India.Dr. Sudhir Tamne – GM Technical & Supply ChainPhd in Food Technology.
Most recently with YUM! Where he was responsible for creating 35 new products in 2 years. Specializes in commercialization at suppliers plant, vendor development, supply chain & quality assurance. Prior to YUM! 20 years marketing expertise in domestic & international markets. Spearheaded service and marketing initiatives at international airlines like KLM & United Airlines. Worked as a navigation expert in the Merchant Navy. He was responsible for the growth of Yo! China accross business verticle with his develpoment skills.
Ankur Sharma – General Manager Business Development
An MBA from IMT Ghaziabad – Ankur worked with Reebok for 4 years and led their development and operations in Delhi NCR, Rajasthan & Punjab. He is credited for successfully launching more than 100 stores in that time.

Sreya Rakshit - Head – Marketing & Organisation Culture
Sreya is a holistic communications specialist with close to nine years of experience in the services sector, handling clients in diverse industries such as IT, Telecom & Hospitality. In her last assignment, she helped co-found and run operations for a boutique PR firm. Prior to which she was leading the Corporate Communications function at a leading UK based outsourcing provider, and was a key member of the management team, crisis manager as well as a spokesperson for the company. She was credited with building an effective employee engagement model, in addition to her role as head of Communications. She was also awarded the global Outstanding Achievement Award for the long-term commitment & sustainable programme her team & she devised and implemented towards the local community.
Over the years, she has honed her expertise in the field of brand communication, internal communications strategies and marketing & communications campaigns.
